In addition, you should know that Shape Up RI, together with its affiliates, is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site and that this Privacy Policy applies to this site, but does not apply to other web sites to which we link.

Shape Up RI collects personal information when you use certain features of this Site or otherwise contact us, including your use of the Site to register for our e-mail updates, to submit career inquiries, to participate in surveys or to contact us directly by e-mail. VI. What Will Happen If Shape Up RI Goes Through a Business Transition
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Shape Up RI provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
